Here at Custom-Mattress, we have created a unique way of being able to design your mattress to the perfect size you need. Following on from you submitting your shape, dimensions and mattress type, we will send a proofing email with a scaled drawing of your new mattress to confirm that this will meet the size requirements.
Due to the above, we are unable to facilitate returns for items that are made-to-order or customised. Our products are tailored to specific dimensions provided by you, the customer, and are deviations from standard product specifications.
Any size changes to your bespoke mattress must be made before confirming the scaled drawing. If after your mattress has been delivered you realise you have made a mistake, contact us where we will be able to discuss options including getting the mattress picked up to be reworked. Please note, this may include additional charges.
