At Custom-Mattress we take great pride in our handcrafted bespoke custom made mattresses. Our mattresses are produced within a NBF accredited factory to ensure that every mattress that leaves our factory is quality checked ready for use.
In the rare event that your new mattress develops a fault, we are committed to rectify the situation. That's why all of our mattresses come with a 5-year warranty.
Our 5-year warranty covers all of our Reflex, Memory, Gel & Cool products against manufacturing faults and this is valid from the day that you receive your product.
To start a warranty claim, please send an email highlighting the issue to orders@custom-mattress.co.uk. Please note that we may ask you to supply images of the fault and we endeavor to solve all warranty issues within 7 working days
